The elegant tower houses 99 residences overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The interiors are dynamic and create a perfect balance with the exterior and its incredible views.

The Aria project, which comprises 340 m2, is located within this vertical complex and reinterprets the glamorous style of the seventies, whose extravagant tones and textures magnetize those who arrive at the residence.

The semicircular plan of the property determined what would be the origin of the design. In some cases, the curves of the architectural plan were exposed in a very obvious way and, on other occasions, they were subtly suggested as in the applied patterns and in the modeling of the pieces of furniture.

The intention of the colorimetry of this project was to look for an instant seduction through the palette applied in the rooms; for example, the range of greens, especially the emerald tone that captivates when looking at the room and causes a hypnotic effect. Since the idea of the place was conceived, the objective was to extract and capture the sunsets of Cancun, for this reason, orange and reddish colors predominate.
In the reception, the piece with which this story begins, we find a luxury of interior design art: a console intervened in an expressionist and modernist way.

Towards the social area, made up of the living room and dining room, the visual play between the earthy range shines even more: the burnt reds are complemented by bright oranges, which in turn stand out between the base tone –pepper gray– that gives it a spicy and stimulating touch.

One of the focal points of the residence is the stairwell, in which a geometric pattern of black and white stripes has been implemented on the front wall. Another is the dining room, which was dressed with a circular table made to measure, accompanied by a woven lamp that matches the rest. Here a group of cloth mirrors is displayed, framed by the columns covered in wood, which in turn give a sophisticated touch to the dining room console.

A dry bar was built into the room, which is covered with upholstered drawers and paneled with aged mirrors that give it a classic air. Here the textures and the planes play a fundamental role to give depth to the spaces and merge the architectural plans with each other.

Almandine garnet red stars in the main room. Dress up the headboard upholstered in velvet to detonate sensuality and combine with the mirrors that cover the closet from end to end. The silver tones are the ideal accompaniment for this furniture: the table next to the window favors a private coexistence of the couple that lives here.

The secondary rooms were given a more jovial and risky personality that does not forget their recreational activities.

The first bedroom, where blue prevails, is a contemporary and industrial space whose center of attention is directed to the neon sign installed on the back wall. The second room, for which a soberer style was sought, of varied grays, surprises for the luxury of the finishes and its display of modern furniture. Gold accents make this bedroom as ostentatious as it is simple.

The exteriors that accompany the pool take refuge under a pergola and together make an ad hoc terrace to enjoy during the day or at night. The black and white checkered tapestry recreates an atmosphere of dream stories.

The magnetism of this enigmatic property wraps users in a parallel reality. It also gives us the guidelines for a balance between styles that converge to break the rules and open the way to endless possibilities in design with the aim of generating fun and aesthetically surprising spaces.
