AM Residency

AM residency was designed to live as a family; offering two different types of architecture.

In its public face we find a solid, reserved and introverted building that mixes with a contemporary and avant-garde style. Its interior stands out for its boldness and impeccable communication of spaces.

The client seeks, in essence, a refuge between the dynamism of everyday life and an environment that evokes the family home in which he lived as a child; through the harmony caused by vegetation, ventilation and natural light.

AM residency was designed with the intention that the structural materials act as aesthetic accents and climatic barriers. The importance in the clarity of ideas about the style of the house allowed to have a very special and accurate selection of decorative elements that invite you to live in a warm and familiar atmosphere.

Predominates the wood in classic forms, the details in solid carbon-colored steel, leather armchairs, roots and planks of parota, artisan mosaics of cement and pigments of natural mud and bronze details.

As for the interior and exterior ambience, the vegetation also takes a center stage; It is distinguished by the variety of shade plants of lively and cheerful greens that fuse nature with the cozy style of the house.
