This 2,200 sqft open-concept transitional home was thoughtfully designed for longtime clients looking to downsize without sacrificing style or functionality. Emphasizing natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor living, custom home-builder C&C Partners' creative approach to architecture & design takes full advantage of the surrounding views with expansive windows, an inviting deck, and a covered patio for year-round enjoyment. Warm wood tones, modern finishes, and a soft neutral palette create a refined yet comfortable aesthetic, blending contemporary elegance with organic textures to bring a sense of tranquility into the space.
A true fixer-upper transformation, this project required innovative solutions to maximize the lot’s potential. Originally, the garage and driveway dominated the front of the property, limiting usable space. To optimize the layout, the team at C&C excavated beneath the existing structure to incorporate a new basement-level garage, adding a golf simulator and gym in the process. This strategic redesign allowed for the conversion of the former garage into a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area, significantly enhancing both function and flow. The result is a home that feels effortlessly expansive, balancing modern luxury with practical living for its newly empty-nester owners.
