A Thoughtful Transformation

This project involved the thoughtful transformation of a developer-grade condo, achieved without a full gut renovation. We took a surgical approach—opening up the stairwell and rerouting mechanicals to improve circulation, increase daylight on the lower level, and create stronger visual connections between floors. The kitchen and baths were renovated with a focus on material richness and functionality. Custom millwork and refined molding details throughout add warmth, texture, and a sense of individuality to the space.
