This apartment was bought several years ago by the designer's client as an investment. When he bought it the current tenant and furniture came along as part of the parcel, so nothing had to be done. It was only when the tenant left that this client decided it was time to improve the space. In just a few weeks, with a minor renovation and supply of new furniture, the apartment was totally transformed. Enjoy the before and after!
