Located in the heart of Manhattan Beach, Calif., is a four-bed, four-bath Hub of the House Studio designed abode. Designed by founder and principal designer Karen Harautuneian, the home is 2,931 square feet; and with a casual and beachy vibe just a block from the beach and only a couple of blocks from downtown, this house is perfect for the family with two teenage children. Highlights of the home include, a kitchen complete with welcomed pops of blue and a Bertazzoni range; several vintage furnishings throughout the home; a bonus room boasting a Restoration Hardware couch and lamps by Schoolhouse Electric; custom marble sink and head turning surf-themed wallpaper in the powder room; a master bathroom featuring built-in custom cabinetry by Hart & Toth Cabinet Co.; and much more.
