We have just finished a complete top to bottom remodel of our light-filled, large and cozy townhouse which is located over 2 stories with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms -- all with heated floors. The great room overlooking the river is perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day on the mountain -- summer or winter. The pool and hot tubs -- yes tubs -- only add to the fun !!
We are just 1.5 blocks to City Market and the center of Aspen. You don't need a car, but we have parking if you have one.
Our townhouse is really a HOUSE !! There is so much private space and social space -- and even outdoor, riverfront space !! It is great for 4 couples or 2 families or somewhere in between !!
There is plenty of storage -- even a closet for your luggage !!
The heated pool and hot tubs are HUGE !!! This is an all season condo. As good in the summer as in the winter !! We are an easy stroll to everything you want to do in downtown Aspen and as locals ourselves -- we will share with you all of Aspen's wonderful secrets !!
