Hi! We are Chris & Claudia Beiler. A husband & wife, married for 5 years and parents to 3 little boys 3 & under. We are passionate about community & our local area being revitalized. We started renovating homes in our spare time to fill a void in our area with creative housing - we loved it so much that we knew we had to quit our jobs & do it full time. We purchased this home on foreclosure auction in August of 2018. The house had been severely neglected by it's previous owners & from the very first walk thru we couldn't wait to breath new life into her. She was built in the 1940's and still had a few original aspects to her - of which we were bent on keeping.
We worked our tails off & tried hard to tell the story of the original Louise Avenue, while adding modern pops as we deemed necessary.

My favorite aspect was the master bathroom that we enlarged, while keeping the maroon toilet & sink. Most of the light fixtures in the home are hand made, some walls have been lime-washed with hours upon hours of brush strokes.

We love this house to death & can't believe how beautiful she turned out.

We've never submitted to you guys before but I couldn't help myself with this one.

:)
