Kelly Behun | STUDIO worked closely with the developers of 111 West 57th Street to design a truly stunning residence that provides a showcase of the lifestyle that comes with living in the spectacular full-floor tower residences at 111 West 57 th Street. Every aspect of the home, including the furniture pieces, artworks and other design items was carefully curated or custom designed by Kelly Behun | STUDIO. The furnishings and artworks were meticulously placed throughout the residence to highlight the exquisite interior design, unique features, and astounding Central Park and city views. Tower Residence 34 is an extraordinary full-floor residence that spans the full width of the tower, offering a grand living space with richly detailed finishes and captivating views of Central Park and the city skyline. It measures 4,492 square feet and includes 3-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms, priced at $19,500,000.

Kelly Behun partnered with Valerie Cueto of Cueto Art Advisory to bring in an impressive collection of artwork to the home. Valérie Cueto is an international art advisor and curator with over three decades of experience in building private collections and sourcing exceptional works of art and design for collectors, renowned institutions, art foundations, and museums.

“What I love about this apartment is its relationship to Central Park and how it feels as though it was magically dropped into the geographic center of Manhattan, with the city appearing to unfurl equally in all directions around you,” said Kelly Behun, founder of Kelly Behun Studios. “The building is a beautiful marriage of modern luxuries with quintessential old world details and with the interiors I sought to play off that and to take advantage of the absolutely stunning views - so you will see that there are echoes of the neighboring gilded roof in the living room’s custom chandelier, that the green silk velvet on the sofa harmonizes perfectly with the trees in the Park, and the dusty lavenders and greys that evoke both the sky and skyline that this home feels so much a part of.”

Amy Williamson, Director of Sales, 111 West 57th Street said, “Kelly and her team have created a truly breathtaking model residence that showcases the unparalleled lifestyle of the Tower Residences at 111 West 57th Street. Her serene, artful design for Tower Residence 34 is a celebration of the home’s craftsmanship, materiality, and expansive proportions. The Great Room, almost 37’ in length, is the focal point of the home, featuring custom-designed furnishings and a sculptural dining banquette designed to highlight the home’s profound, perfectly centered views of Central Park to the North. The expansive primary and secondary bedrooms, along with a gracious eat-in kitchen, are located on the southern wing of the home and offer iconic skyline views. This versatile layout is ideal for those looking for elegant separation between the private living and public entertaining areas.”
