Schenkar Construction Design/Build is proud to introduce the newest member of the custom home fleet! This 3500 SF modern genre home includes (4) bedrooms, (3) bathrooms and a 360 degree roof-top deck! You are blown away with direct unobstructed views of the Olympic mountains, Mt. Rainier and the Cascade Mountains to the East. The house includes 12-14′ ceilings, a 28′ grand foyer with a floor to ceiling window wall facing west, capturing amazing natural light. The architectural scale of the home is further accentuated by utilizing a steel moment frame that allows an expansive cantilevered roof with full height windows facing the western sunset.

Many of the custom design components separate this home as extraordinary including the two 28′ 12″X12″ resawn cedar post timbers, hand milled and bracketed to a 40′ Glu-Lam beam which is the primary structural bearing of the entire home. The custom made resawn cedar stairs are another beautifully crafted feature finished with custom steel powder coated railings.
