A Jacquard weave of 100 percent Lithuanian linen measuring 19 x 29", the Linen Tea Towels designed by Alyson Fox add subtle, modern patterns to a fundamental kitchen object. With continued use and washing, these dishcloths become softer and more absorbent with time, while remaining strong in their construction.
The Shapes Rugs are a collaboration between Austin based designer Alyson Fox and Hawkins New York. These dhurrie rugs are based off of Alyson's artwork; inspired by Joseph Albers and Mondrian paintings. Each rug is handmade in the centuries old tradition of hand looming; as such, size and color variation does occur. Our choice of heathered colors in combination with woven texture, add tangible dimension to a classic yet modern design.
These printed tea towels designed for Hawkins New York by Alyson Fox, are comprised of a combination of cotton and premium linen. Five separate organically inspired designs comprise the collection. The collection is directly inspired by the intersection of jungle and beachside sensory stimuli. These pieces offer a splash of modern design and color into any environment. They're great en masse too.
The Simple Linen Napkins by Hawkins New York measure in at 20 x 20" make a luxurious, yet casual, table setting. Made of quality Belgian linen, later finished, woven, and stonewashed in Portugal, these napkins are any easy classic. Available in nine colors, the collection works great mixed + matched.
A Jacquard weave of 88 percent wool and 12 percent cotton (for softness), measuring 50 x 70", both the Alpine Throw designed in conjunction with Alyson Fox, and the Cross throw by Hawkins New York, are the perfect blankets for hanging out by a winter fire, or as a summer throw on the foot of the bed. Reversible due to their weave, these throws are inverse grey plus white depending on the side facing out. Incredibly soft while having a modern pattern and contrasted edge stitching makes this an excellent gift, or heirloom object.
