This is a collection of unique floor plans that we have created over the years for very specific client and site requirements.

They all have quirky personalities and a surprising flow of space, if you follow along the lines and imagine the experiences and functional interactions.

A long time ago as a young architect I learned the phrase; "a surprise around every corner"- and that has influenced many of my creative floor plan layouts!

Today, our clients experience their beautiful new designs through our presentations via super realistic 3D modeling and virtual reality immersive tours of our emerging designs as they happen!

Thru glass airlock doors is the skylit 50' indoor pool, jacuzzi, locker rms, and casual lounge behind water fall wall. Bronco Trail Residence, this linear design provides a nice northern exposure allowing us to have many large window walls taking in the intimate desert and distant Black Mountain views. Two story circular Great Rm has full Wet Bar while the Main Entry Foyer connects to adjacent Study and the Bridge Walk Gallery that spans clear over the active desert wash, leading out to the secluded Master Bed Rm. A small house adapted to a rough narrow lot with great views.

Steep Mountain site in Phoenix Az- here we have cut the house into the rocky slope and exposed the native granite stone walls into the 2 story dining room and the mid-level game rm...upstairs the master bed room has a fireplace and a perilous, fantastic view of downtown! .
