Sink Into These Plush, Modular Sectional Sofas

In the living room, Hansen’s convertible Night couch and coffee table join a Black Marble rug by Suki Cheema and Slovenian Bear from Charles Fréger’s Wilder Mann series.

Norman Millar and Judith Sheine designed the built-ins in the living-dining area, which were made from vertical-grain Douglas fir. Vintage Dutch industrial chairs are arranged around a black walnut dining table that, like the madrone coffee table, is by Urban Hardwoods.

The living area features a custom Viesso sofa with an FSC-certified frame and a stuffing of all-natural latex. It was recovered in Bella-Dura, a 100 percent American-made technical fabric, woven using a proprietary polyolefin fiber. The rug is from CB2 and the window covering is from The Shade Store.

The room also contains a sofa by Flexform, cushions from textile firm Chevalier Masson, a Jens Fager candelabra, and a painting by Roger Raveel.
