Salt Spring Island, Le Marin House

We bought Hank Schubart’s (architect trained by Frank Lloyd Wright) studio and converted into a beautiful West Coast Modern home on Salt Spring Island, BC keeping his original design always in mind.
The downstairs was unfinished as well as the studio so we created 7 new inside rooms and 3 outdoor ones. We have lots more photos if interested. This beautiful home, which is for sale with some of the furniture, with its large windows and lovely outdoor spaces demands one lives in Nature. The quietness here allows every bird song to be distinguished and it is extremely restful as one sits watching the waves below.

Some of the furniture I designed with wheels so that the spaces are changeable. The dining table here can go out on the deck for outside dining.
