Bernard Brucha of Venice, California–based MASHstudios was inspired by 20th-century industrial design for the form of the height-adjustable work table, originally created as a custom piece for GitHub's headquarters in San Francisco.

The table features a butcher-block top made of red oak and cast-iron legs built in the USA.
MASHstudios has a strong industrial design background that informed the functionality of the table.
The piece, to be released soon, will retail for $2,700 and will be available on laxseries.com.
The table height is adjusted via an iron wheel.
