The bathtub in the master en suite sits beside the shower, which is separated from the hallway by frosted glass, allowing natural light to enter the space.

The clients have filled Spyon Cop with a collection of vintage Mid-Century modern pieces, including the coffee table, sideboard and dining chairs.

The designer-builders chose white oak in a Cathedral cut, embracing its more rustic quality compared to riff-sawn white oak.

The couple used Phoenix tapware, tiles and marble benchtops in the wet areas of all the bathrooms.

Textured accent walls, masculine metals, and wall-mounted fixtures create a spa-like retreat for a classic gentleman’s bathroom designed by Eneia White Interiors.

The renovation introduced green cement floor tile from Clé, a custom vanity with triangular brass pulls, and square wall tile that echoes the ceiling pattern.

The master bath features penny tiles on the floor.

Now, a generous shower has a custom step-through window from Starr Windows & Doors to access the roof deck. Floors are Nero Marquina hexagon tile, and the custom vanity has a marble counter. A Kohler Purist faucet and Cedar & Moss sconce complete the look.

The new master bathroom features a large soaking tub clad in Carrera marble tile from Daltile. A new Milgard window highlights southern city views.

The Caesarstone and plywood vanity echoes the materials in the kitchen, as does the wall tile.

The wall opens up over the vanity so that there are views into the bedroom and backyard.
