Houston-based custom homebuilder, On Point Custom Homes, built this stunning 8,450-square foot modern Houston home designed by Houston designer George Allen Cole. 407 Pinehaven is a two-story masterpiece with five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, and was staged by Houston's High Fashion Home.
The modern property features a variety of unique design elements throughout each room, such as large format 2' x 4' tiles on the first floor, integrated bench seating off the kitchen island, Carrera Marble in the wet bar and the kitchen, Silestone White Zeus in the dining room and all other areas of the house, and a graffiti tile wall in a guest bathroom created by the popular European artist Banksy.
Soaring 16-foot ceilings in the first floor living room are flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows that surround the entire living space.
Brazilian hardwood on the exterior cladding is carried through interior spaces, bringing the outside ambiance to the inside of the property.
The Master Suite features a double vanity, freestanding bathtub looking out to a private courtyard, a master shower with access to the outdoor shower, as well as a breakfast bar with a refrigerator located underneath the counter, and an expansive closet.
Each guest bathroom includes skylights inside the showers to accent the featured tile walls with natural light.
The second floor features a 40' x 20' game room with a covered balcony overlooking the first-floor outdoor living space and two-story outdoor fireplace.
