The Kaymet Rosewood Lap Table is a sophisticated addition to a serveware collection. First designed in 1965, the Lap Table Tray includes two side handles for easy transport and folding legs that make the serving tray into a table in one easy step. The Rosewood Lap Table is constructed in gold tone anodized aluminum with a luxe rosewood tabletop, making this utilitarian accessory elegant and refined. Use this piece to add surface area to coffee table or dining table by elevating appetizers, cocktails, or even a centerpiece.
Designed by Felicia Ferrone, the Margot Collection presents a contemporary interpretation of cut glass. Handcrafted by master glassblowers in the Czech Republic, the Margot Collection is created from fluted Borosilicate glass to allow for the pieces to function in a range of temperatures. It includes a white wine glass, red wine glass, water goblet, champagne coupe, and dessert goblet, all sold as a set of two.
Drawing his inspiration from his blacksmith grandfather, Timo Sarpaneva created a timeless and ingenious design that is as functional in the kitchen as it is appealing on the dining room table. Produced by Finnish brand Iittala, the Sarpaneva Casserole includes a wooden handle that gives the pot a natural sensibility, and it can be removed when the casserole is used in an oven. Cast-iron cookware is a safer, longer-lasting alternative to non-stick cookware, meaning this iconic design is prime to become an heirloom piece. Sarpaneva's cast-iron pot expresses an aesthetic so classic it was once celebrated on a Finnish postage stamp.
The Duo Serving Tray is a sophisticated serving piece comprised of rich walnut wood and elegant Carrara marble. Inspired by materials and shaped used in Bower NYC’s furniture line, the Duo features a marble circle that perfectly nests into the walnut board, creating a complete, unified form. Both of the materials used in the tray are ideal for preparing and serving food, and can be separated into two pieces for different functions. The walnut section can be used for cutting bread and serving crackers and fruit, while the marble circle can be used for serving cheeses. The marble component can also be used as a trivet.
Add a burst of color to a dining room table with the Weather Diary Collection. Featuring a graphic print designed by Aino-Maija Metsola for Marimekko, this Oiva Round Plate has a small silhouette with a distinctive pattern. A part of Marimekko’s Weather Diary Collection, the print is inspired by the changing natural landscapes in Finland. This print, which is characterized by its varying shades of blue, evokes the dramatic rainclouds that hover over the archipelago.
Also available in a small plate and platter.
Designed by Norm Architects, Menu’s stackable glasses have a cleverly designed shape that makes them not only easier to hold while drinking or passing, but also easier to organize in cupboards or on shelves. Crafted in mouth-blown glass that is sufficiently sturdy for stacking but delicate and light in appearance, the stackable glasses are simple enough to be used daily. But, with their refined shape, the glasses are equally suitable to be used at a more formal meal. Available in three sizes, the stackable glasses can be used for juice, water, beer, and even a glass of wine or whisky.
Malle w. Trousseau’s Stainless Steel Oil and Vinegar Cruet Set is designed to keep oil and vinegar out of light, as well as providing an easy-to-control, fine stream in each pour. Each cruet set is made in Portugal by a family-run company, focused on finely crafting quality stainless steel. Each container is structured in a conical shape and the spouts can be repositioned as needed.
The Terrazzo Platter from Serax can be used as a serving tray, board for cheese and charcuterie, or even as a centerpiece on a dining room table—it can present tea lights, a vase of flowers, or center another accent. Terrazzo is a composite material that is available in a range of colors and tones and features a distinctive speckling. The material is both striking and simple, making it an excellent choice for different decors. On a wood table, the platter will provide material interest, while on a stone counter, the platter creates a subtle contrast.
Designed by Oiva Toikka for Iittala, the Kastehelmi series is now an iconic product line within the brand. Finnish for “dewdrop,” the Kastehelmi evolved from a technical challenge—Toikka used the glass droplets to cover joint marks left on the surface of pressed glass pieces. The Kastehelmi Cake Stand features the iconic dewdrop design, and can either be used for presenting cakes and desserts or as an unexpected display for candles, flowers, and other accents.
