“We wanted to bring in the green from the living room into the daughter's bedroom and complement it with a blush pink as those were her favorite colors,” says Wagh. The pink is Asian Paints Rose Petal and the green is Asian Paints Mountain Stream.

Many of the apartment’s motifs come together here, including the circular detail in the closet door, which is also found in a main room and repeated in the hardware, and the fluted glass. Custom arched mirrors hang on the wall.

The custom headboard is wrapped in blueish-green jute suede with inset rattan, while the custom closet is painted in Asian Paints “Misty Harbour” with more rattan pressed between glass. The acacia table lamp is from Fleck.

Ernesto designed the villa’s kitchen more “for every day,” he says, but the one added to the courtyard has a professional range and parrilla to accommodate groups. “I don’t need super-fancy equipment,” Ernesto says. He and Yektajo designed the bar stools.

The central stair landing doubles as a music room. “In many ways this is the center of our home,” says Rick. “The entire house literally circles it.” Hanging on the wall is a 16th-century Tyrolean wood figure of Christ purchased from the original owners.
