Manny & Simon’s Taxi Wooden Push Toy is a brightly colored twist on a childhood favorite. This push toy is rendered in the shape of a classic New York City yellow taxi cab, including the checkerboard detailing on the side of the car. The car also includes windows—perfect for peek-a-boo—and four wheels that are crafted from sustainably harvested American maple. The toy is perfect for playtime, and looks attractive enough to be left out of the toy bin and on a shelf after playtime. Like all of Manny & Simon’s wooden heirloom toys, the Taxi Wooden Push Toy is constructed from eco-friendly materials using sustainable methods at their factory in Del Mar, California.

Nu Line Bench by Landscape Forms

Race Street Pier in Philadelphia utilizes off-the-shelf benches and furnishings from Landscape Forms’ Nu Line to give visitors a way to experience the views on the newly created waterfront park. The wide benches encourage lounging and the wooden viewing stands nearby offer the chance to lean back and relax while looking out towards the water. There’s a little something for everyone, it seems.
