AFRICAN CONTEMPORARY THEMED RESTAURANT

There exits perfect and beautiful spaces around us, I personally think the design element of something or place is what attracts most people to fall in love with it, its always about the ambience , the layout of everything, the theme ,the colours..

A Nairobi based Restaurant is redefining this concept, its always not only about the good food but also the environment upon which customers dine. This kind of love for spaces, appreciation and my cravings for beef burgers specifically Smokehouse Burger is what actually drives me to keep visiting the restaurant

Places are just not places .What's your perspective of places, things or objects? ,well you could always look at everything differently, the attention to detail, the workmanship executed to create something elegant ,the science behind choice of colors - for instance the shades of red are complementary to green while shades of red, green, blue and tangerine fall under tetradic color harmony. Look at the industrial bulbs on a Muuto design cable dangling below suspended wood pallets, sure doesn't look average but splendid .

I do admire it's perfect blend of African designs and industrial looks.The craftsmanship employed here is quite exceptional , it's not everywhere you get to see sinks converted from "sufurias", lamp shade bases made out actual steel/copper pipes and still looks appealing.

There is also a framed newspaper article of the day Nelson Mandela was freed on 11th February 1990 which was published by The London Herald ,such a cool memorabilia !
