EXHIBITION DP

The project by Materia in close collaboration with David Pompa; consists on a temporary exhibition of
industrial design in an old building at the Historic Centre of Mexico City.

The exhibition aims to highlight the condition of aging and time of the building defined by the “architectural scars” on it. Steel, mirror glass and wood are used to emphasize the character of the existing architecture. The materiality and craftsmanship of the objects and furniture generate a balanced dialogue between atmosphere and exhibition.
