Toscana Unveils New Desert Chic Designs for Show Homes

The Coachella Valley is home to 640 sun-kissed acres where the grass is always green and the term “second home” connotes the picture of a golfer’s dream. As if the scene wasn’t already picturesque, Toscana Country Club, the premier luxury residential resort community in Indian Wells, recently debuted three stunning redesigned show homes by some of California’s most notable interior designers.

The 622 show home by Palm Springs-based interior designer Neil Curry of NDC Homes, the 721 show home by Indian Wells designer Donna Diamond and the 722 show home by Palm Desert-based interior designer Cindy Sage FitzHenry of Fitzwell Interiors, welcome guests to explore the warm neutral tones, marble countertops, wood-beamed ceilings and spacious elegance.

Each home embodies a distinct character boasting a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying the exquisite views of the desert oasis. With luxury spa-like bathrooms all the rage, the master bathrooms in the homes were completely transformed and now feature large, walk-in European showers with dramatic tiled walls, free-standing soaking tubs and sophisticated marble flooring and countertops that contrast with the rich cabinetry.

The homes at Toscana Country Club are offered from $995,000 to $4 million, with a limited number of estate home sites available for $725,000. Later this year, Toscana will introduce new club facilities, including a casual restaurant, sports club pavilion, pool and pool pavilion, event lawn and two tennis courts. Among the Tuscan-inspired lifestyle at Toscana, residents can saunter over to play a round of golf on one of the two Jack Nicklaus Signature Courses, dine at the on-property restaurant Il Forno Trattoria, or unwind at the Spa Bella Vita. La dolce vita indeed.
