The entry features a custom-made floating bench. Hooks were added for convenience, as the mudroom would be the main point of entry after a day spent on the slopes.

In the living room, the Bend Sofa was designed by Patricia Urquiola for B&B Italia. Cementa Smoke Matt floor tiles were sourced from Surface Gallery.

In the mid-section of the arc, is a simple living and dining space.

The long and narrow master bathroom features Marmorino plaster walls, Fireclay tile, custom concrete sink, and Boffi Pipe faucets.

The angled fireplace is clad in Grove Brickworks field tile from Waterworks – laid vertically with no grout in between.

Fronting Alamo Square Park, the living room’s pitched ceiling creates an expansive space for socializing and relaxing. The space is accented by a custom sofa and window seat by Franciscan Interiors, rocking chairs from B&B Italia, a Lake low credenza by BDDW. The fireplace-adjacent bench seating is upholstered in William Yeoward Alverdia fabric in Ocean, complementing the teal accents in the adjoining dining room and kitchen.

Brick and oak line the interior of the living room, where a wood-burning stove creates a welcoming ambiance. A large picture window opens onto the courtyard. Above, a perforated steel panel allows for an interplay of light and shadow.
