Origami office

The new office for the e-commerce platform provider Origami is situated in the middle of Aoyama.

One notable feature of the design is the empty space at the center of the office. This versatile space functions as the reception and is also a place where people can actually see, touch and purchase products being sold on the Origami app.

The office itself is minimally equipped and in order to emphasize the empty space, its flooring, walls and ceilings were removed to expose the building's foundations.

The pleasant contrast of the neutral office and the flexible functionality accentuates the versatile empty space that is of the center of Origami, both literally and figuratively.
