Enzo Mari: La Mela e La Pera – The Apple and The Pear Poster, $320 at the Dwell Store In the hands of celebrated Italian modernist Enzo Mari, simple household objects—an apple and a pear—become graphic works of art. Part of the Nature Series, the La Mela e La Pera poster is silkscreened and unframed. Each poster comes with two PVC bars for wall mounting. Originally designed in 1963, each poster is printed in Italy.

On its own, the OD-11 is both simple and visually arresting. A white cube, the speaker almost feels sculptural. The sleek styling helps to make the function of the product nearly withdraw from focus. Of course, exquisite engineering rests beneath the grille.

The "nighttime" quarters of the penthouse unit, clad almost exclusively in white, are the analog to the dark-toned "daytime" space. The bedroom, like the rest of the unit, is sparsely furnished with an Extrabed by Fabien Baron for Cappellini.

The residence’s two bathrooms present distinct material identities: In the main bathroom, located on the lower level near the couple’s bedroom, a custom stainless-steel bathtub designed by Gil contrasts with a wall clad in silver travertine.

Built for the pavilion, the Barcelona chair became an instant classic. It has been produced by Knoll since 1953.

The streamlined kitchen features Miele cooktop, Sirius hood, Siemens oven, and Fisher & Paykel refrigerator.
