Since its founding in 2001, Dimster Architecture has focused on providing a minimalist approach to all aspects of design. Principal Don Dimster is a second-generation architect, studying at the University of Southern California under his father, Frank Dimster FAIA, and receiving his master’s degree from Yale University. Don established his firm locally, but draws from a globally trained skill set. Working in Germany and Vienna, he was inspired by great contemporary masters, including his mentor Oswald Matias Ungers. Bringing their influence to his own work, Don has successfully created a vision of quiet simplicity.
