Created by Modern Tiny Living, this 270-square-foot tiny home known as Clover is now available for $89,000. Featuring a U-shaped social area with elevated built-in seating, this micro dwelling on wheels is perfect for small get-togethers and dinner parties.

More so, this multi-purpose space has storage under the seats, as well as a platform that can easily be converted into a bed. Spray foam insulation, a wall heater, and an air-conditioning unit are included, and power is supplied from a standard RV-style hookup.

There is plenty of built-in storage and shelves for books along the walls.
