Occupying a spacious double lot in Denver, Colorado, this three-bedroom A-frame by midcentury architect Robert Morris was built in 1954, and stands today as a local landmark. Columns of slender windows appear to support the 16-foot-high pitched frame, while a band of glass slices the roof in half—and that's just the outside.

Located in the quaint neighborhood of Park Hill, this A-frame was built and designed in 1954 by local architect Robert Morris.

While the exterior is known to spark admiration, inside is where Morris’s talent truly shines. The 2,335-square-foot dwelling, with its free-flowing layout and harmonious blend of wood, brick, and glass, is built around an expansive living area located in the heart of the A-framed section.

An elevated entryway steps down into the home's open living area. An original, custom-built wood partition creates both a physical and visual path into the space.
