The Turbine Clock was inspired by the intake fans that can be seen in HVAC systems, jet engines, farm aerators, and any place where you need to move a gas or a liquid from one place to another really fast.

Like many of our designs, this clock is meant to take advantage of the unique properties of 3D printers. This can be seen in the lines that cover the face of the clock, curving slightly on each hour-mark of the clock face, providing visual interest.
