Actress Meryl Streep is still trying to sell her 4,000-square-foot penthouse in New York City's posh TriBeCa neighborhood. Streep purchased the full-floor residence with her long-time husband Donald Gummer in 2006. She has been trying to sell it for over a year now, reducing the price by some $6 million.

The home occupies the entire top floor of the River Lofts, designed by National Design Award–winning Tsao & McKown architects. Enveloped on three sides by a 10-foot-wide landscaped terrace, the penthouse also offers floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors from which to enjoy views of the Hudson River and downtown Manhattan.

The apartment offers four bedrooms, as well as four and a half bathrooms, plus a separate study area. Brazilian walnut flooring runs throughout the home, which also comes complete with a Poliform Varenna kitchen, Lutron lighting, and Waterworks bath fixtures.
