He and his team of skilled builders are all about small scale living, and their eco pods are made with sustainably manufactured sheating boards and durable exterior membranes. Each small prefabricated building is delivered to the site with fully fittings and fixtures, which often include wood burner, solar panels; kitchen with integrated appliances, fully fitted shower room, built in bed, storage and shelving, timber flooring, lighting, timber decking, double glazed patio doors and roof lights. Depending of the complexity of the project, most pods can be completed within eight to ten weeks.
