Ryan McManus (aka Agent PHL) is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania with 7+ years of dynamic industry experience. He owns and operates the Agent PHL real estate development gallery at 2314 South Street, which focuses on coming-soon and under-construction real estate projects in the city. With an extensive background in real estate development, commercial leasing, green building, marketing, media and communications, Ryan brings a unique perspective to his business, providing distinct advantages for buyers, sellers, investors and developers of real property throughout Greater Philadelphia. As a dedicated member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® (GPAR) and an aspiring LEED Green Associate, Ryan applies his extensive market knowledge, social media expertise, and industry acumen to his real estate practice.
Mr. McManus began his professional career with Thomas Realty Partners, then joined Brandywine Realty Trust, where his creative capacities blossomed. At Brandywine – one of the nation’s leading real estate developers – Ryan specialized in multimarket innovation and launched major new initiatives to advance the company, which was recognized in 2014 as the National Developer of the Year. It was at Brandywine where Mr. McManus developed his passion for sustainability, urban planning, community involvement, architecture, construction and progressive real estate solutions. After a 3-year stint with Brandywine, Ryan transitioned into the residential realm with Keller Williams, but is now independently positioned to produce across all asset classes through his Agent PHL operations on South Street.
Born and raised in Malvern, Pennsylvania, Mr. McManus is now a resident of the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia. Ryan received his Bachelors of Arts & Science in Business Management from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he starred for four years on the bowl-winning NCAA football team. Now, Mr. McManus practices boxing at Joe Hand Gym in Northern Liberties and is an active member of Vesper Boat Club, the 2014 United States Rowing Club of the Year. Ryan is also an avid cyclist and yoga practitioner, in addition to being a professional photographer and published writer.
