I'm all for designs like this. Always gives me hope when someone starts building smart designs anywhere (Houston, Sacramento, Chicago, etc) that they'll catch on and spread to where I'm at. Of course if I had the budget I could just do it myself. Nice that you can do a design that reduces air conditioning and electricity costs. Personally I'm all for concrete too. Good work.
