Regis Philbin, the former host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and co-host of Live with Regis and Kelly, is breaking ties with his six-bedroom estate in Greenwich, Connecticut. After residing in the 13,661-square-foot property for over a decade, Regis, 88, and his wife, Joy, are selling the property and relocating to Beverly Hills to be closer to family.

A gated drive leads to the circular court of the manor-like estate, which has been the home of Regis Philbin and his wife, Joy, for over a decade. The couple reportedly purchased the property for more than its current asking price of $4,595,000.

Inspired by an English manor, the home was built in 1997 and sits on a secluded, 2.59-acre lot just 40 minutes from Manhattan. Upon entry, a  two-story foyer leads to expansive living areas and themed spaces, including a mahogany library, billiard room, home theater, gym, wine cellar, as well as a "pub room" with a full bar.

In the two-story foyer, marble lines the floors while a crystal chandelier daintily hangs above.

Other notable features of the dwelling include a chef’s kitchen with marble counters, a double-height family room, six bedrooms, and nine full baths. Outside, spacious covered terraces hold an inviting pool and spa, which is steps away from a tennis court. A garden walkway leads to a chic, one-bedroom guest house with a full kitchen and bath. Boasting custom built-ins and a plush red sofa, the mahogany library, which doubled as Regis’s home office, also offers one of the home’s seven fireplaces.
