The Eldorado, with its iconic Prewar design and location along Central Park West, is one of the most sought after co-op buildings in all of Manhattan. Designed by Emery Roth in 1931, the Art Deco building also counts a number of current and former celebrity residents, including Michael J. Fox and Alec Baldwin. Residences in the iconic structure are usually hard to come by, but for one lucky buyer, the building's coveted tower penthouse was just put up for sale.

Perched in the south tower of the legendary El Dorado building, the 'townhouse in the sky' spans across the top four floors, offering picturesque views of Central Park and Manhattan.

Formerly owned by musician and animal-rights activist Moby, the two-bedroom home sprawls across four levels, occupying the entire 31st - 34th floors of the El Dorado's south tower. The upper-most levels of the other tower are uninhabitable and currently hold a water tank, making this unit truly one-of-a-kind. Upon entry, an elegant stairway leads up to a grand corner living room featuring large windows overlooking the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir.

All of the 34 windows were recently replaced, and now invite magnificent sunshine throughout.

A renovated, marble-clad kitchen provides access to one of several terraces overlooking the city. Both bedrooms are located in a private wing, each offering a newly renovated bathroom and, of course, more views. A wood-paneled library awaits on the third floor, from which a spiral staircase provides access to a full-floor media room on the top level.
