Anne Hathaway’s picturesque, two-bedroom penthouse, just steps away from Central Park, is looking for a new owner. The Academy Award–winning actor purchased the home in 2016 with her partner, Adam Shulman, for $2,550,000. Throughout the last few years, the couple have renovated the interior, revitalizing original details while infusing the space with their own taste and style.
Featuring a grand entrance with an original sweeping staircase, the Neo-Georgian mansion at 18 West 74th Street offers a chance to step back in time. Dating back to 1904, the five-level building was among the last private homes to be constructed on the Upper West Side. Today, it is arranged as a five-unit co-op.
