    @richard_woods_sebastian_wrong
    RICHARD WOODS: Artist Richard Woods is a graduate of the Slade School of Fine Art.His well-documented work crosses boundaries between art,architecture and design and is most often made up of exaggerated,garish representations ofntraditional British architectual and interior motifs like wooden flooring,chintz wallpapers, crazy paving or red bricks. These 'logos of reality' are created using traditional woodblock techniques and applied to walls as second skin covering interior floors, walls and recently an entire residential building in upstate New York. In these instances, Woods' art express an extreme version of English-ness by taking over a space and saturating it with iconography. Woods continues to win prestigious commissions and exhibit around the world. SEBASTIAN WRONG: Sebastian Wrong's ten year career in the manufacturing sector has accumulated in an impressive array of technical skills. Wrong first studied sculpture before going in to establish his own successful manufacturing company. The Spun lamp, design by Wrong in 2002 and produced by Flos, won the prestigious Red Dot Design Award. Wrong is also a founding member and currently the Design Development Director of Established & Sons. His manufacturing prowess has lent substantial credibility to the organisation. Wrong continues to exercise his abilities in the field of manufacturing at Established& Sons as well as flex his considerable creative skills as product designer.

  • Titan Wood Limited
    @titan_wood_limited
    Wood is a material that offers endless possibilities. It’s also the only naturally-renewable construction resource. Unfortunately, many woods are susceptible to deterioration and the manufacturing of typical-treated woods, wood composites, or other artificial materials, is not very environmentally friendly; there are toxicity issues and a great deal of energy is required for production. That’s where Titan Wood steps in. Their wood-preservation techniques are performed in a non-toxic manner; the company’s Accoya® product has strong “green” credentials. It’s a new wood species with performance credentials that have been extensively researched and demonstrated. A fast-growing company, Titan Wood has perfected a technique that involves taking common woods like pine, and giving them durability characteristics superior to typically used endangered tropical hard woods.

The 300-year-old House was fully restored with lots of love to details to keep the integrity of that beautiful house. The house was built by a cattle farmer with a lot of land, he was quiet influential in that region. The barns surrounding the house had been built first and later he started to build the stone-house and it was extended over the years. Later on the House was used as an Inn, before it was converted to a one family home. We restored 3 of the fire-places on the ground floor. And we also put the most energy efficient heating and cooling system (heat pumps) to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We renovated the house with a lot of love and filled it with old original and very modern parts. Behind the house with a panoramic view of the Catskills Range is our Saltwater swimming pool with a patio and sun-chairs to relax and a full functioning BBQ gas grill. Our comfortably spacious kitchen filled with modern conveniences including 6-burner Viking range and dishwasher. There are 6 acres of land surrounding the property wich includes 2 barns and at the far end is the Esopus Creek immersed by a nature preserve. The living room has a working fire place as well and a " Vico Magistretti for Cassina” leather sofa to relax and a video projector with a pull down screen to make your own movie nights. The dining room sits 14 people for some great dinner parties and festivities on a beautiful “Pace” dining table made out of Maple. The sun room has nice vintage wood table to sit 12 people comfortable ceiling fans to give it a nice breeze in summer. Please contact us with any questions you might have. We invite you to be inspired in one of the oldest Stone Houses situated in the Hudson Valley at the Gateway to the Catskills
