• Eames Office
    @eamesoffice
    The Eames Office is dedicated to communicating, preserving and extending the work of Charles and Ray Eames. They feel that all three of those dimensions are important to keeping the office useful and vital, and that all of Charles and Ray’s work was the result of a way of looking at the world—a design philosophy and process that is worth sharing in many different dimensions. They do create new works as well, believing that creating wholly new works is as consistent with that philosophy as restoring and distributing classic ones.

    @mayesoffice
    Each project we accept presents a different set of challenges and opportunities. Therefore, the design process must be flexible enough to accommodate and adapt to those conditions to achieve the best possible outcome. At the center of this process are drawings, models, and prototypes which evolve and inform the work. We believe in the active involvement of our clients throughout the process of design, and seek to create a final product which reflects this. Our work is focused on improving the lives of our clients as well as the communities and environments in which they exist.

  • Groundworks Office
    @groundworks_office
    GROUNDWORKS Office, is a landscape architecture firm based in San Francisco. Our approach to design is research based and process driven. In the beginning of every project, we believe that information, data and observation are the foundations to the design process. This initial groundwork, leads to a deep understanding of site and its latent and perceived characteristics. It also provides us with a framework for testing and decision-making, so that the design process can be flexible and adapt to unpredictable forces. At GROUNDWORKS Office, we believe the design process is a collaborative act, which requires input from multiple disciplines with a wide range of expertise. This blending of knowledge and GROUNDWORKS Office creative approach to design yields solutions that are layered, rich and complex. Critical in today’s marketplace, is having a design process that is results orientated, solution based and efficient, which is why we tailor our process to meet the goals of each individual project. We are risk takers and believe that nothing great is built without taking a risk. Invention requires hard work and we pledge to bring this kind of ethos to every project we work on. It is this unique blend of risk taking and hard work that sets GROUNDWORKS Office apart from other design firms.

  • Obleeek Objects
    @obleeek_objects
    Obleeek Object’s concrete planters began in an art studio. Created with specific thoughtful consideration in terms of their symmetry, finish, and visual impact. Crafted as a solution for seamlessly integrating nature and architecture. The idea has been simple from the start; to present nature as a fundamental element within architecture. Using simple forms that have become icons of an international design vocabulary designer Leo Estevez found a pedestal that presents nature as a seamless element within a contemporary landscape. Playing off of the language of the concrete column as a location for which nature can be grown. Allowing our planters to no longer just accent architecture but to reinforce the importance that nature has in its development. Our philosophy at Obleeek is evolving. As we reach a broader audience and source out our allies we are excited about the future we are planning to create. Our planters have given us a platform to build on. A key element to how we make choices is based on a broader context. We are proud to offer a product that is 100% produced in California. All of our manufacturing is done in-house with designers and fabricators working together to produce the highest levels of quality and efficiency. Obleeek Objects is on the horizon and we look forward to sharing our vision with you through the years as we present our design innovations for the future.
