Wonder Door

Designer's Description:
Traditionally doors were looked upon as a means to prohibit or allow entry between two spaces. This Project's focus is on functionality and the influence it exerts on the spaces it connects. The structure of the door is based upon the combination of a hard frame and flexible textile material. The screens are made of a non-elastic sail fabric which is strong, resistant, and washable and rolls well. The fabric is not transparent but allows light through, which reflect the ambience of the other side.
