The owner is an artist mainly working in painting and sculpture, so the house is going to be used as studio and living unit, adding the possibility of transforming some areas in art gallery for short periods of time for the owner's art work presentation. Another important point is that the building is not so big; therefore circulation flow and open spaces are critical at the moment of defining partition elements.
