The building had previously been converted from an automotive garage into an open office. Although this conference room is a small project, it is a representation of our broader design philosophy‚ clarity of form, intentional spatial zoning, connection to outdoors, using simple materials in interesting ways (the framing is from reclaimed bleacher seats), and incorporating small gestures to create dynamic visual and spatial effects. The changes made have improved the aesthetic and functional qualities of the space, while giving it a sense of character that evokes the personality of our firm.
