Just as with Tofu, which represents Japanese cuisine, most of the work has gone into the preparation of the material. It then is completed as it is cut into square pieces with a light source added to each individual piece. This is designing light, not designing lighting fixture. Currently part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).
