After studying textile design in Milan and the nuances of weaving in India, Olivia Smith returned to her native New Zealand and founded Nodi, which specializes in natural handmade rugs. The Nodi Cotton Bathmat (2017), like all pieces from her company, is made on a traditional wooden loom by skilled artisans in a GoodWeave factory, ensuring child labor is never used. It’s neutral in color with short fringes on the sides and long fringes on the ends. Machine washable on cold only. Made in India.
