Menu Spoonless Container

Add to

Design studio Murken Hansen created the Spoonless Container for Menu as a smart, easy-to-use kitchen accessory. The Spoonless Container contains two openings with corresponding cork stoppers. Removing the small cork lid allows users to pour contents without having to use a spoon. The designers came up with the idea for the container when one of them was slowly adding tea leaves to a tea egg with a spoon. Feeling like there was an extra step in this process, the designers created the Spoonless to simplify the process. Considering the design of the items, Murken Hansen said that they wanted the containers to look and feel "like helping friends." Simple and streamlined, this container can be used as a sugar container, tea canister, and more.
