Celebrating the beauty of imperfection. The Kintsugi collection was designed by the fiercely creative Italian designer Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba for avant-garde brand Seletti. A match made in design heaven. The collection draws inspiration from the traditional Japanese technique of Kintsugi, which refers to the revival of broken pottery by joining the pieces with a lacquer and golden powder mixture. Celebrating the beauty of imperfection, this method also aims to highlight the history of an object over the years. In the Seletti Kintsugi range, different pieces of pottery come together to create a new item. 24-carat gold connects the sections with thin lines, creating the unconventional and artistic design. The collection includes plates, trays, cups, mugs, and bowls. Time to plan that dinner party.
