Herman Miller Airia Media Cabinet
Airia (2008) is a streamlined solution that keeps your media clutter-free. Designed by Ayako Takase and Cutter Hutton, who co-founded the Rhode Island-based studio Observatory in 2001, Airia acknowledges technology "but does so in a subtle, integrated and intuitive manner," says Hutton. Providing both open and concealed storage, the Airia Media Cabinet has a swinging door to conceal half of the interior contents, aka your messy side, while leaving the other side open for items you use frequently. The walnut shelf is adjustable and echoes the appearance of the walnut top. The contrasting materials used to create the Airia Media Cabinet showcase the collection’s quality millwork and sculptural lines. This media cabinet is made with 46% recycled content. Simple assembly required. Made in China.
