The headboard and legs detach for easy transportation. The Queen platform is a single piece while the King and CA King are made of 2 interlocking L shapes. The platform sits 10 inches high with a 36 inch headboard and 6 inch backboard ledge that is perfect for a light, books, blankets or pillows.
