Rounded Metal Planters by Brook&Lyn, from $1,150 at brookandlyn.com For those who believe the mantra "go big or go home," Brook&Lyn's cylindrical aluminum planters make a solid statement standing up to 42 inches tall.

The Round Houses feature sleeping quarters outfitted with Timothy Oulton Brigadier mattresses and covers. The bed and wardrobe unit were both custom-made using reclaimed pine. Beyond the bed, a Halo Brussels armchair and marble coffee table serve as a space for private contemplation and relaxation.

The Terrazzo Platter from Serax can be used as a serving tray, board for cheese and charcuterie, or even as a centerpiece on a dining room table—it can present tea lights, a vase of flowers, or center another accent. Terrazzo is a composite material that is available in a range of colors and tones and features a distinctive speckling. The material is both striking and simple, making it an excellent choice for different decors. On a wood table, the platter will provide material interest, while on a stone counter, the platter creates a subtle contrast.

In the Round House’s bathroom, a custom black marble basin protrudes from the white marble-tiled walls. Smaller tiles follow the curve of the house’s outer wall, a curve that is echoed by the sculptural white bathtub, which sits under a Timothy Oulton Gyor crystal chandelier.

Part of the Pedestal collection introduced by Eero Saarinen as an answer to "the ugly, confusing, unrestful world" that lay beneath the surfaces of chairs and tables, this 42" round dining table comes in both Arabescato marble (shiny or matte finish), and a white laminate.

Designed by Norm Architects for Menu, the Steel Table Clock is a celebration of materiality, color, and simplicity. Paring down the clock to its most necessary elements, the designers took the expected silhouette of a wall clock and folded it to create a clock that can rest on a flat surface. The clock is available in four colors, all of which were chosen for their connection to the Scandinavian climate.

The Convex Votive is an elegant tabletop accessory that is available in both soft and bold colors. Featuring both a soft, round opening and an angular silhouette, the Convex is an inviting geometric home for a votive candle. With a small footprint, the Convex can be grouped with others to create a colorful candle display, or it can be used as an accent on its own, on a dining table, mantel, or even on a bathroom sink.

The Dome Home is part of a small community that also features seven round houses designed to accommodate designers and visitors. These round towers are all clad in reclaimed bricks. The Dome Home’s visual cues continue throughout the village, manifesting themselves in the form of curving paths and staircases.

To make the most out of a small footprint, Vorontsov experimented with some creative partitions. He explains how “the partitions we built were straight, and then we rounded the corners slightly in the studio" to create a little extra room. "We left the doors without architraves, and punctuated the detail with black doorknobs.”

Click and Grow Back-to-the-land types may decry the Click and Grow, a sleek Scandinavian-designed assemblage of microchips and NASA-inspired Smart Soil that can help grow plants and herbs indoors all year round. Featuring a graphic print designed by Aino-Maija Metsola for Marimekko, this Oiva Round Plate has a small silhouette with a distinctive pattern. A part of the Weather Diary Collection, the print is inspired by the changing natural landscapes in Finland.

Round Square mirror by Clara von Zweigbergk for Domestic There’s no denying a mirror’s effectiveness in giving the illusion of more space. This acrylic piece features a silkscreened geometric pattern for added depth.

Eagle Round House by Sustainable Native Communities Collaborative Kunkel’s group designed the 1,300-square-foot Eagle Round House, a modified round living room with a central gathering space that encourages community while maintaining flexibility. Clad with straw bale and structurally insulated panels, this design-in-the-round structure also incorporate east-facing windows, so tribal members could rise and greet the sun each morning, a vital cultural imperative.

In 1968, Danish architect and designer Arne Jacobsen designed the 112 faucet and mixer series and a line of in-wall accessories for Vola. In 2014, the Danish company updated the classic design by adding a deep copper finish.

When settling on accessories for a table, don’t overdo it. “Think about the right accessories that will add texture, color, and interest.” Cherner Round Coffee Table, $799-$849, available in the Dwell Store.

The Algedi Marble Side Table from Iacoli & McAllister is a versatile furnishing that carefully balances materials to create a striking accent. Comprised of a Carrera Marble tabletop that is fixed atop a powder-coated or plated steel base, the Algedi can be used in a variety of interior spaces, from living rooms and offices to bedrooms and guest rooms.

San Francisco–based designer Tina Frey creates modern resin products for the home, using a thoroughly executed design, hand sculpting, and hand casting process. Her bold and playful wall hooks make a graphic addition to an interior. Made from shatterproof resin, each set of three wall hooks includes a small, medium, and large knob.

The Round Chair from 1949 is one of Wegner's most iconic pieces and a highlight of Danish design. “Round One” is minimalist art reduced to its bare essentials. It required incredible craftsmanship to create such smooth curves—each of the crescent-shaped armrests are fashioned from a block of wood, and interior mortise-and-tenons hide the connection between the arms and legs.
