The couple built many furnishings, such as the storage chests, out of old leftover timber.

Owner Michael Silber introduced an eclectic mix of furniture with help from interior designer Tracey Garet. By the front door, an antique mirror hangs over a rattan desk; the leather T chairs are by Katavolos, Littell & Kelley.
The open plan great room is bright and airy thanks to the insertion of the center courtyard .
The transformation is unrecognizable.
The large opening between floor plates visually and physically connections the living spaces below to the living spaces above.
The stair is partially suspended from the ceiling above, allowing the living space to maintain its usable space and height.
Large windows at the front of the home drawn in an abundance of natural light. Custom millwork frames the windows while also providing storage in the living room. Hues of pink and green splash between furnishings, textiles,  and plantings.
Since the owner wanted as much of an open concept as possible, Revollo used a small but impactful detail to designate each space: color. The kitchen is defined by black, the living areas by gray, and the outdoor space by honey.
The walls are original Philippine mahogany and offer authentic midcentury charm.

Retracting walls of glass encourages indoor-outdoor living.
Expansive windows on both sides of the open living area bring the outside in. Marvin doors, the Ultimate Swinging French door, flank the mahogany-wrapped fireplace and provide easy access to the screened porch.
The ground floor of the home was restored from its original configuration of small divided rooms into one big open living area surrounded by windows on all sides.
Flooring includes Teragren bamboo, cork in the kitchen, and porcelain at entry points. American Yellow Birch was used for the cabinets and trimming.

Belgium, North of the West-Flemish village of Westouter one can find a plot in an open and rural landscape, heavily influenced by the typical agricultural activities in the area. The setting has had a great impact on the design of this single family house, which is solemnly surrounded by a few farms and a group of trees here and there. The atypical shape of the parcel, together with the not so ideal orientation of the plot have been transformed into remarkable assets for the project.
Raw wood planks were painted white and fitted next to a staircase and banister by Bättig Design. Matching chairs by Thayer Coggin sit atop a Crate and Barrel rug.
A Wilhelmina chair by Ilmari Tapiovaara furnishes the living area.
